hiTG is an artistic project where your words become drawings. By submitting a prompt, you become part of a living archive of human expression. Please take a moment to read how your contribution is used and how we handle your data.

Terms of Submission

Your contribution
When you submit a text prompt, you grant Tobias Gutmann a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your text as artistic material. This includes the right to incorporate your prompt into drawings and artworks, to combine it with visual elements, and to exhibit, publish, and sell works created in response to your submission.

Your name or alias, your prompt, and the date of submission will be published on the hiTG platform. Your name and prompt may also appear in connection with published artworks and related publications, in any medium.

You are welcome to submit under a pseudonym, initials, or any name you choose.

What we ask of you
hiTG is a space for open, honest, and respectful expression. Submissions containing racist, sexist, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or politically extremist content are not permitted.

Tobias Gutmann reserves the right to remove any submission at any time and without explanation. By submitting, you take full responsibility for the content of your text. Tobias Gutmann accepts no liability for the content of user-submitted prompts.

You confirm that your submission is your own and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?
When you submit a prompt, we collect your name or chosen alias, your email address, your submitted text, and the date of submission. Your name and prompt are displayed publicly on the hiTG platform. Internally, all data is stored together for administrative purposes.

How we use your email
Your email address is used to send you updates about the hiTG project — new events, published drawings, and developments related to your submission. If you separately choose to subscribe, you will occasionally receive broader updates about Tobias Gutmann's artistic work, roughly 3 to 4 times per year. We will never share your email with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

Legal basis (GDPR)
All data processing is based on your consent given at the time of submission (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

How long do we store your data?
Prompts and names may be kept and displayed as part of the project archive indefinitely. Email addresses are stored until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
